1. Agreement
Using Stow means you agree to these terms.
2. License
Personal, non-transferable license to use the Stow app on devices you own or control.
3. Your content
You own your audio files. You are responsible for having the rights to import and play them.
4. Stow Pro
Stow Pro plans (planned: $9.99/year and $39.99 lifetime) are processed by Apple via the App Store. Auto-renewal and refunds follow App Store rules; manage your subscription in your Apple ID settings.
5. Trial
A 14-day trial is offered once per Apple ID when StoreKit is live during beta. The trial is stored locally on your device.
6. Acceptable use
No illegal content. No attempting to break the security of the app or its services.
7. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is." Playback depends on file formats and iOS.
8. Limitation of liability
Standard app limitation of liability applies. Consult counsel for the final version.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
