1. Agreement
By using Stow, you agree to these Terms of Use.
2. License
Stow grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control.
3. Your content
You own your audio files. You are responsible for having the rights to import, store, and play them in Stow.
4. Cost, Stow Pro, and purchases
Stow is a free download from the App Store. The core music player — importing, folders, playlists, smart playlists, tags, search, queue, Smart Shuffle, CarPlay, Siri, widgets, background playback, listening history, sleep timer, and playback speed — is available at no cost.
Stow Pro is an optional upgrade purchased inside the app through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Stow Pro Annual is an auto-renewable subscription at $9.99 per year, and eligible new subscribers receive a two-week introductory free trial before billing begins. Stow Pro Lifetime is a one-time purchase of $39.99. Prices may vary by region and are shown by Apple at the time of purchase.
Annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refund requests are handled by Apple and managed in your Apple Account subscription settings. Purchases can be restored in Stow with Restore Purchases. Stow does not process payments on this website or through any other payment provider.
Early Stow users who installed Stow before Stow Pro became available receive Lifetime Pro automatically.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Stow for illegal content or to attempt to break the security of the app or its services.
6. Disclaimer
Stow is provided "as is." Playback depends on your files, iOS, and device capabilities.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Bottleworks Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Stow.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use of Stow after changes means you accept the updated terms.
