Terms of Use

1. Agreement
By using Stow, you agree to these Terms of Use.
2. License
Stow grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control.
3. Your content
You own your audio files. You are responsible for having the rights to import, store, and play them in Stow.
4. Stow Pro
Stow Pro plans (planned: $9.99/year and $39.99 lifetime) will be processed by Apple through the App Store when purchases are live. Subscriptions auto-renew per Apple's rules unless cancelled. Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. During beta, Pro features may be enabled for testing. App Store purchases are not live yet.
5. Trial
When StoreKit is connected, Stow may offer a 14-day trial of Pro features per Apple ID. During beta, trial timing is stored locally on your iPhone and may reset if you reinstall the app.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Stow for illegal content or to attempt to break the security of the app or its services.
7. Disclaimer
Stow is provided "as is." Playback depends on your files, iOS, and device capabilities.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Bottleworks Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Stow.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use of Stow after changes means you accept the updated terms.
